YHS Lady Bulldogs win district games

The Yoakum High School (YHS) Lady Bulldog Basketball Team has gone 2-2 in four district games Jan. 20 and Jan. 30.

YOAKUM 46, RICE CONSOLIDATED 30

Lilly Fojt scored 12 points, and Deveah Rios tallied 11 points with three triples in the Lady Bulldog 46-30 road win against Rice Consolidated on Friday.

Yoakum led 17-8 after the first quarter and outscored the Lady Raiders 13-3 in the second box.
