Medical Camp at HHS

Texas A&M College of Medicine will host a rural medical day camp at Hallettsville High School on Wednesday, June 25. The camp will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The camp is open to seventh and eighth grade students attending all schools in Lavaca County including Sacred Heart in Hallettsville, St. Ludmilla/St. Paul in Shiner, St. Joe in Yoakum as well as the Ezzell, Vysehrad, Sweet Home, Hallettsville, Yoakum, Shiner, and Moulton school districts, who are interested in learning more about careers in healthcare.

Those students who attend will gain college readiness skills and experience healthcare careers through hands on learning experiences taught by Texas A&M College of Medicine.
