Shiner, St. Paul girls basketball: Lady Comanches bring energy in win over St. Paul

The Shiner Lady Comanches brought plenty of passion to a game against their cross-town cousins, St. Paul. A total of five Lady Comanches scored in double digits, led by 16 points from Addy Siegel, in a 67-23 win for Shiner. Callie Sevcik had a double double with 12 assists and 10 points.

St. Paul girls basketball: Lady Cards defeat Schulenburg in opener 42-31

The St. Paul Lady Cardinals basketball team used a 26-13 second-half rally to win their season opener against Schulenburg Nov. 20 at home. “I thought our girls played really hard and really tough,” Lady Cardinals head coach Jake Wachsmuth said.

St. Paul football: Cards get first district win in OT thriller 29-21 over New Braunfels Christian

With four main offensive backs out injured, St. Paul had to come up with a makeshift offense in its regular-season closer against New Braunfels Christian. The Cardinals used the open week to put things together and the offense shined bright in a 29-21 overtime win against the Wildcats on Friday. St.
