Ulcak tabbed to fulfill unexpired JP 2 post

The Lavaca County Commissioners’ Court met in a regular meeting Monday and appointed Chris Ulcak as the Precinct 2 Justice of the Peace.

The court voted 4-0 unanimously by show of hands with commissioner Wayne Faircloth not present for the vote.
