A pair of Moulton Kittens won special awards in the 30-1A All-District awards.Addison Simper was selected as District MVP and Audrey Swinford made Offensive Player of the Year.Araceli Vasquez and Estefania Colchado both received First Team honors.

The Moulton Bobkatz had two players win special awards to lead the team in 30-1A All District awards.Trenton Meisetschleager was named District MPV and Talan Darilek was selected as Co-Defensive Player of the Year.Landon Chaloupka and Seth Lopez were both selected to the First Team.

MISD approves 2024-25 school year calendar

In a very short agenda, the Moulton Independent School District has officially adopted the 2024-25 school calendar at the March 20 meeting. Earlier this school year, the district formed a calendar committee consisting of teachers, administrators, and the superintendent.

On Thursday, March 14, 2024, MISD Hosted Sean Carter and his mother Jenny Carter for their “When Sean Speaks” program. Sean was a passenger in a drunk driving vehicle crash in 2005.An aspiring lawyer, his life was forever changed that night.
