The #2 ranked Hallettsville Lady Brahmas defeated Ganado, 5-0, in a warm-up game Monday night in Ganado.Grace Halata and Kaylie Olivarez both hit home runs. Olivarez and Rebecca Satsky had two hits each.Halata started in the circle and went three innings.

2 LB set school records

SEGUIN –Two Lady Brahmas broke school records, but came up short in qualifying for the state meet at the Region IV-3A meet at Matador Stadium Friday and Saturday.Elizabeth Felcman ran the 3200 in 12.01.45 to break her own school record and finished fourth.Danna Jansky threw the shot put 38 feet, 8.

The Hallettsville Lady Brahmas had a good Senior Night in the 15-0, three-inning whitewashing of the Industrial Cobras in a district 25- AAA game here Friday evening.Hallettsville is 31-2 and 14-0. The LB will host San Antonio Cole at 7 p.m.

LB celebrate Little Sisters Night

The Hallettsville Lady Brahmas celebrated Little Sisters night with a 15-0 victory over Altair Rice Consolidated here Friday in a District 25- AAA game here Friday.Macey Jansky hit her 13th home run of the season as the LB (29-2, 12-0) had 13 hits in 23 at-bats.

LB finish 3rd in district meet

ALTAIR – The Hallettsville Brahmas finished third in the District 25-AAA meet at Veterans Memorial Stadium Thursday.The LB won two first places. Elizabeth Felcman took the 3200-meter run in a personal and season best of 12:01.05 and Danna Jansky threw the shot 36 feet, 8 inches.

LB 17, PALACIOS 2 (4)The Lady Brahma Jr. Varsity defeated Palacios, 17-2, in Palacios Tuesday, April 2.Elizabeth Felcman was the winning pitcher and gave up two runs, three hits, walked one and struck out five.Taylor Yeatts and Brenna Mikush had three hits apiece. Yeatts doubled and tripled.

PALACIOS – Carson Jansky hit three home runs in the 25-0 rout of Palacios, in a District 25-AAA game Tuesday, April 2.Kaylie Olivarez, Macie Jansky and Macey Pustka also homered as the Lady Brahmas advanced to 27-2 and 10--0.

EL MATON -The Tidehaven Tigerettes were the first team in District 25-AAA to take the the Hallettsville Lady Brahmas to seven innings in a 12-4 loss Friday.The LB (24-2, 6-0) had 18 hits in the victory.Kaylee Olivarez (10-1) was the winning pitcher and threw four innings.
