The Sacred Heart Indians had four all-state players and one honorable mention on the TAPPS Division IV allstate baseball team.Josh Terry and Ty Noska were first team allstate selections, Layne Sevcik and Wade Shimek were on the second team and Emerson Harvey was honorable.

Indianettes dominate All State softball team

To the victors go the spoils.The Sacred Heart Indianettes dominated the TAPPS Division IV all state softball team with six first team selections and two on the second team.First team selections were Ava Lackey, Haley Noska, Ella Demel, Rylan Dworsky and Avery Beach.

ARLINGTON – The Sacred Heart Indians had defeated St. Paul 10-8 and 15-11 in district.But the Cardinals won when it counted, taking a 5-1 victory at UT-Arlington Friday in the TAPPS Division IV state semifinal game.Five Indian errors played a big part in the loss.St.

Indianettes: Queens of TAPPS Softball

ARLINGTON – In 2021, Haley Noska led the Indianettes to a TAPPS Division IV state championship.An injury prevented her from playing in the state tournament in 2022 and last year, the Indianettes were upset by St. Paul in the semifinals.

'Nettes advance

The Sacred Heart Indianettes ravaged Conroe Covenant, 15-0, here Tuesday, April 30 in a TAPPS area round game.The game was called after the fourth inning because of the mercy rule.Pitcher Avery Beach was the beneficiary of 13 Indianette hits.

Indians advance to State Tournament

Indianettes third at TAPPS Regional

SEGUIN – Elena Grahmann had another good day at the TAPPS South Regional Track Meet at Matador Stadium Friday.The Indians finished third in the meet. St. Paul won first and Bryan St. Joseph second.Grahmann won the long jump, triple jump and ran a leg on three relays.

Tribe wins area round game over BC

The Sacred Heart Indians made short work of Baytown Christian in a TAPPS Division IV area playoff game here Tuesday, April 23 with a 10-0 victory.Layne Sevcik blanked the Bulldogs with a five-inning no-hitter, walking just one with eight strikeouts.
