SH chalks up two wins in Moulton

MOULTON – Hudson Kutac canned a careerhigh 33 points to lead the Sacred Heart Indians to their lone victory in the Katz and Kittens Tournament a 64-36 verdict over the Bastrop Tribe.Kutac made 16 points in the initial quarter as the Indians advanced to 5-4 on the season.

Indianettes in Moulton Tournament

MOULTON – The Sacred Heart Indianettes compete in the Moulton Tournament Thursday, Friday and Saturday.Moulton 48, SH 12As the turnovers mounted, so did the score in the Indianettes’ loss to Moulton Friday.

Indianettes garner 2nd place in FA Tourney

VICTORIA – The Sacred Heart Indianettes took second place in the Victoria Faith Academy Tournament.The only loss came to the Victoria Cobras, 38- 36. The score book was not available for this game.Kaycee Schindler, Kenzie Chance and Harley Wilson were named to the All-Tournament team.

Indians finish third in Faith Acad. Tourney

VICTORIA – The Sacred Heart Indians posted two wins and two losses to finish third in the Victoria Faith Academy Tournament Friday and Saturday.The Indians defeated the Victoria Cobras 53-48 in the first round Friday.Hudson Kutac poured in a game 21 points.

Sacred Heart's chance of winning foiled by turnovers

SHCHS to celebrate Homecoming Saturday, Nov. 9

Sacred Heart Catholic High School will celebrate its 2024 homecoming on Saturday, Nov. 9.Homecoming festivities will begin on Friday, Nov. 8 with a pep rally set for 6 p.m. at the Sacred Heart Gymnasium.On Saturday, Nov. 9 events will start at 11:30 a.m.

SP hands Indianettes first district loss

At the start of the volleyball season, Sacred Heart head coach Wanda Orsak felt St. Paul would be the team to beat because of its experience.The Lady Cardinals swept the Indianette. 17,15,15 in the SP Gym Tuesday, Oct. 1.“We did not show up for that match,” Indianette head coach Wanda Orsak said.

SH cops district opener

Sacred Heart swept Bulverde Bracken Christian 25-14, 25-23, 25-12 in its TAPPS opener here Tuesday, Sept. 17.The Indianettes (9-12, 1-0) had a slight hiccup in the second set. “We dominated in sets 1 and 3 and in set 2 they almost got us,” Indianettes head coach Orsak said.
